DEMO-14: Haptic Human-Robot Interfaces on Guide Robots for Visually Impaired People

We present two different haptic and intelligent guide robots for people with visual impairments. One guide robot has a haptic rein which would sense and interactive with users’ grasp force, while the other one does not have a haptic rein, but equipped with a wireless tactile belt to receive navigation instructions.
